Shipping Policy (USA Orders)

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders within the United States. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.

Transit and Handling Times

Transit Time: Orders will typically arrive within 4 to 6 business days (Monday to Friday).
Handling Time: Orders will be processed and prepared for shipment within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday).
Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed after 4:00 PM (GMT-05:00, Eastern Standard Time) will be processed the following business day.
Total Delivery Time: The total delivery time, including both handling and transit time, is typically 5 to 8 business days (Monday to Friday).

Delivery Terms

We primarily use FedEx for deliveries, but it is not mandatory. We may switch to a different delivery platform at any time based on shipping charges, delivery areas, and the shipping time required by the customer.

Shipping Costs

We charge a flat $5.00 shipping fee for all orders shipped via FedEx.

Change of Delivery Address

Once an order is in transit, the delivery address cannot be changed. If you need to update your address before the order is shipped, please contact us immediately at support@spolk.shop, and we will do our best to assist you.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been processed for shipment, you will receive a tracking number that allows you to monitor the status of your parcel until it reaches you. You can use this number to track your order’s journey via the shipping carrier’s website (FedEx).

Incorrect Address

If an incorrect address is entered at checkout and the parcel cannot be delivered, it will be returned to us. In such cases, you will be responsible for the full shipping cost to resend the parcel. To avoid delays or additional charges, please ensure your shipping details are accurate.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order before it has been dispatched, we can accommodate cancellations without any issues. However, once your order has been shipped, please refer to our Refund Policy for the next steps.

Damaged Parcels in Transit

If your parcel arrives damaged, please try to reject it upon delivery and inform the courier. If you're unable to do so and the parcel is delivered in your absence, contact our customer service team as soon as you notice any damage. We will assist you with the next steps to resolve the issue.

Sales Tax

We apply sales tax to both the product price and shipping rate, as required by applicable laws.
